The accommodation has been converted from the old hayloft. It is modern inside, warm and double-glazed. It sleeps up to four people- in a twin bedded room and a sofa bed in the main room. There is ample car parking in the farmyard. It is annually inspected by the E.T.C. and gains 3 stars.
This is a non smoking property.
Keswick is some six miles away offering a full range of shops, pubs, and restaurants and for entertainment, museums, cinema and theatre. For more on Keswick please see our location page.
What is Provided?
- Crockery (hand made by our local potter), cutlery, kitchen equipment, tea towels and bed linen
- Towels can be provided at an extra cost of £2.50 a head
- For your convenience we provide a new dishcloth, pan scrubber, tin foil, cling film, washing up liquid and
bathroom stationery
- Heating and lighting is by electricity, cooking by gas and an immersion heater ensures your hot water supply
- The kitchen unit includes a refrigerator and microwave
- The water comes from a natural spring, (tested regularly and is delicious)
- TV and DVD
- We can offer the use of a washing machine and tumble drier
- Immediately outside there is patio with furniture and barbeque area

Terms
Prices are inclusive of all electricity and heating costs, bed linen, tea towels, dishcloths. Free use of shared washing machine and tumble dryer.

Last minute winter weekends and off-season breaks are a pleasure. If the Old Hayloft is available two weeks ahead - enquire about costs, minimum 2 nights stay.
Please note that any booking is accepted on the basis that it in no way forms part of any tenancy agreement.
Pets
A dog is accepted. However, not all our guests are dog lovers and we must ask you to respect this and avoid leaving traces such as dog hairs and wet paw marks on the walls! They must be kept under control at all times and we should remind you that the owner of the dog is responsible for any damage it causes to farm stock. If a dog is not properly controlled we reserve the right to ask that it be removed from the premises.

We ask for a deposit of 1/3 of the cost with your booking and full
settlement 3 weeks before your

If you have made a provisional booking by telephone, please confirm it in writing with your deposit as soon as you receive the booking form. We can only hold provisional bookings for 7 days from the time when they are made. So that we can prepare for our guests, we ask that you plan to arrive after 3pm and to depart before 10.30 am at the end of your stay.
